As of June 12th 2008, using the U.S. government's own “officially acknowledged” account, the death toll for U.S. Armed Forces alone reached 4,098. Not included in this number are coalition forces, journalists, private security "contractors", or military personnel who commit suicide either while on leave or after having been discharged from the military. Meanwhile, those wounded exceeds 60,000.

We are not worth more.
They are not worth less.
